Notes

My go-to recipe for a super quick & easy chocolate cake. Kids, grown-ups - everyone loves it!! I like to serve it with custard cream but you could also have it with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!!

This is such an easy and crowd-pleasing cake to make, using ingredients most of us already have in the pantry. I love cooking but enjoy baking less, and this recipe suits me perfectly because it requires very little baking skills for an impressive result. It has become my go-to and have made it two years in a row for my daughter’s birthday as kids and grown ups both love it!

Tip: Use an 8 or 9 inch tin based on the measurements above. You want the cake to be fairly thin so that the outside cooks evenly while still keeping that beautiful molten centre.

Highly Approved. My favorite classic. You can time the baking depending on how molten you want the centre. It wins, the table everything its served. To deliciously simple too!
