I love this recipe, it’s easy to make and everybody loves it. To counter a bit the saltiness of the stock, I add some drops of lemon and it gives it a fresher taste without overpowering the taste.

Really easy to make and popular with the whole family. I cooked the leeks in two seperate batches for the initial 10min to avoid overcrowding.
