    200 g Bacon lardons
  • Mixed Salad Leaves - Ingredient - Cookmaison200 g Mixed salad leaves

    Olive oil or vinaigrette

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice the potatoes into rounds. Boil them in salted water until tender (about 1012 minutes). Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
  • Slice the tomatoes.
  • In a hot frying pan, cook the lardons or bacon pieces until browned and slightly crispy.
  • Place slices of Camembert or Brie on each toast & lightly toast them in the oven.
  • On each plate, lay a bed of mixed salad leaves. Arrange the warm potato slices, tomatoes, and cooked lardons over the leaves.
  • Place 2 cheese toasts on top of each salad. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and season with salt, pepper and thyme as desired. Drizzle with the vinaigrette or olive oil as desired.
