Frank worked for many years cooking for high profile VIP’s in England catering for all their entertaining.   He was personal chef for the Deputy Prime Minster, Michael Heseltine for whom he worked for 7 years before moving to the West of Ireland to open his own restaurant with his wife Julie.

Having successfully run their restaurant in Westport for over 5 years Frank and Julie now run a high quality catering company in Louisburgh, County Mayo, providing for christenings, weddings, confirmations, communions, birthday parties in fact any occasion catered for. 

Having chosen your menu the food will be delivered to your venue, presented in our chaffing dishes and, if you require, served by our staff (extra service).

Hire of crockery, cutlery, glasses and linen can also be arranged.

Wherever possible home grown organic produce is used, grown in the garden.
